Make Sunday Special
On the first Sunday of each month, May to September, take your Sunday at walking pace in the Old City and explore the streets for art, music, markets, performers and more. Stop to eat, take in a performance or just relax and soak up the atmosphere!
Take a stroll through the historic centre of Bristol and join in the family-friendly fun on the day! All the events will feature acoustic entertainment: poetry and spoken word at St Stephen’s churchyard, a join-in ‘busking corner’, Flea Market stalls and special opening times for Pranj’s, The Ox, Source, Pata Negra, Be-On and Cosy Club.
Other highlights from the first three events include:
- Sunday 3 May – Independent Record Label Fair in St Nicks Glass Arcade: bringing together 200 of the world’s greatest independent record labels
- Sunday 7 June – Centerspace Craft and Makers’ Fair: craftspeople and makers will be exhibiting, selling and talking about their crafts
- Sunday 5 July – market selling Fairtrade products to celebrate Bristol’s 10th anniversary as a Fairtrade City.
