Tree Blessing

When trees are threatened in Thailand, monks wrap them in their robes, as an act of protection. Join us as we bless the trees on the borders of the Feed Bristol site and learn about how MetroBus will effect the area. This is a Rising Up event.

The trees we are blessing could be felled any time from now until the birds start nesting in the Spring. They are part of a Conservation area and wildlife corridor which would be severed by the planned MetroBus road system and relocation of Stapleton Allotments. Seriously impacting upon small holdings, allotments and community growing projects that nourish urban lives.
